About

Healing doesn't mean becoming someone different. It means rediscovering who you've always been beneath the pain, fear, or uncertainty. My hope is to provide a safe and accepting space where you feel deeply heard, valued, and believed in. Together, we'll explore your story with wisdom, compassion, and curiosity, helping you build resilience, strengthen your relationships, and create lasting change from the inside out.

A little about me. . .

"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye."  - Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, The Little Prince

There was a long, difficult stretch in my life when I needed someone to walk alongside me, and the experience of being companioned through it changed me. I came to understand this work not as a profession I chose, but as a calling that found me. It remains, to this day, more a calling than a vocation.

For years I've worked in the field of mental health, in outpatient clinics, residential treatment centers, and private practice, with over fifteen of those years in private practice of my own. During those years I've walked alongside many people through grief, trauma, and the tender, disorienting seasons that come to all of us. It is still a privilege. . . every time.

My work centers on trauma, and I work primarily with adults. Alongside therapy, I'm a trained spiritual director, a teacher, an artist, and a writer.  These are the threads that tend to weave their way into how I companion alongside others.
