Welcome and Shalom.

Whether you're diving into a course, exploring exclusive content, or joining a membership, everything is structured to be easy to use and truly useful.

This is a safe place to connect and engage: a quiet, secure corner set aside for those I companion with, and for anyone walking a particular path alongside me.

Here you'll find practices to steady you, resources to encourage you, forms and documents when you need them, and, in time, courses and deeper material to walk through at your own pace. Think of it as an extension of the work we do together, something to return to between our conversations, whenever you need a place to land.

Please keep your access details private, and reach out any time if there's something you'd find helpful here.

Peace and Light, Sherri

Practices & Tools

Section intro

Sometimes what we need most is a simple practice to come back to.

The tools gathered here are ones I return to often, and offer to those I work with: practices for grounding, for settling the nervous system, and for tending the soul in the ordinary moments of a day. Move through them slowly. There's no right pace, and no need to do them perfectly. If something here would be helpful to talk through, we can do that together.

A Grounding Practice

Step One: If you are not in real, life threatening danger, say out loud or under your breath, "I am not in danger right now," or "I'm ok." Saying it makes it an embodied statement. You may have to repeat it for a while before your nervous system believes you and begins to settle. If your mind wanders to worries, come back to this step for as long as it takes. This step alone can take ten to twenty minutes. Don't give up.

Step Two: Notice gravity, the weight of your body, and that you do not have to tense up for any reason. Gravity holds you safely in place. Whatever you are sitting on, standing on, or lying on will hold you there. Nothing is required of you. Remind yourself with little physical pushes or pulls, like pressing your feet into the floor.

Step Three: Connect with all your senses. Focus on a color you see that you like, notice a pleasing smell, notice taste, notice what you hear, notice what you can touch or feel on your skin.

Step Four: When you are ready, begin noticing your breath. No need to change it, just notice. Then repeat the whole sequence as long or as often as you need.

Also in this section: the Basic Grounding Exercise audio (fifteen minutes) and a printable Grounding Exercise guide, plus a practice guide on Lectio Divina, an ancient way of praying with Scripture. New guided meditations will be added here over time.

Forms

Everything you might need in one place.

Below are the forms and documents for our work together. You're welcome to download, print, or complete them ahead of an appointment. Everything shared here is kept confidential. If you have questions about any of it, please reach out and I'll be glad to help.

Available here: New Client Insurance Information, Notice of Privacy Practices, and the Window of Tolerance handout. Scheduling and any clinical records are handled securely through my client portal, separately from this page.

Courses

A space to grow, at your own pace.

This is where courses and guided material will live: teaching, practices, and reflections you can move through on your own time. It's just beginning to take shape, so stay tuned. I'll let you know as new offerings become available.

Client Updates

A quiet place for the occasional note.

From time to time I'll post updates here: scheduling notes, seasonal messages, or news I want you to have. If something needs your attention, you'll find it in this spot. And as always, if you're having a difficult time and don't have an appointment scheduled, the best way to reach me is by text rather than voicemail or email.

Keep well, Sherri
